• We request minimal statistical information from our customers and clients during login processes. Personal information we obtain about individual users is offered voluntarily by the users. Information we request from you might include the name of the organization under which you are covered for EAP services, the city and state of that company, your gender and age, a user name, and/or a password. With this information, we expedite services and responses that you specifically request. Using demographic information such as age and gender, we evaluate our site's effectiveness for aggregate groups of clients as a way to find ways to better serve our users' needs. We do NOT examine demographic information such as age and gender on an individual level--only on an aggregate, system-wide level.

• When we receive personal information via email from our users, this information is stored in an area where the general public does not have access. Only a group of trained, authorized employees have access to our databases. Along with all of our employees, they must abide by our privacy policy. Those who violate our policy are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.

• When emails are received from you, we may respond to you with a reply to your email which will go to the address from which your email was sent. If you do not wish a response to that email address, please state this in your original email to us, and include information which clearly explains how you wish us to contact you--by phone, by mail, or another email address. Providing us with detailed contact information helps us protect your privacy and confidentiality.

• Any topical forums or chat rooms that might be offered through this website will likely be open and unmonitored. Please remember that any information you reveal in these forums and chat rooms are not subject to our privacy policy.
