As the calendar closes on 2017 it’s time to reflect on all the ways you make strides in your personal well-being. It can be easy to think of all the things you didn’t get accomplished but that can be a slippery slope and offset all the improvements you made. Anytime you had had vegetables with dinner, took the stairs instead of the elevator, or spent time to care for yourself made a difference. It’s easy to overlook the small things and get stuck thinking about weight that didn’t get lost or the race that you didn’t complete but every little thing you do to improve your mind, body, and spirit make a difference!
