Substance Abuse Services
In addition to self-referrals, central Iowa employers, courts, attorneys, and the Iowa Department of Human Services refer individuals to the independent assessment services of Employee & Family Resources®. Adult and adolescent clients receive referral information based on a clinical assessment of need.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) The link is off site, and will launch in a new window
The counselors of the EAP provide assessments, crisis counseling, short-term counseling, and referral services to employees and covered dependents of companies that contract for these services. EAP professionals offer management/supervisory consultation, Critical Incident Stress Debriefings, and conflict management assistance.

Student Assistance Program (SAP)
In addition to the services of the EAP, school districts can assure assistance to troubled students and their families through the assessment and referral services of this program.
