EAP counselors are ready to assist you with any issue that is affecting you and/or your family members. EAP counselors provide emotional support; help you to better understand the challenges that you are faced with; and help you develop solutions. Often, you will improve or resolve your concerns after talking with your counselor, but sometimes additional counseling or other types of resources are needed or desired to help you make additional progress. In those instances, your counselor will help you to locate those resources in your community and/or link you with other EAP services available to you.
Life Coaching is a unique and convenient tool to assist you in achieving goals you have set for yourself but not yet reached! Through this service you will work with a Life Coach who will assist you through telephone communication and through your personal, private web portal. Examples of issues Life Coaches can help you with include: general wellness; time management; communication; stress management; and job performance.
