When you call the EAP, you and your employees talk to the person who can help you most right away—an EAP professional. Each company is assigned a dedicated EAP consultant who handles all management requests. Your consultant is able to provide management consultations, help with management referrals, initiate crisis response, send promotional materials and provide additional resources. When your employees call, they'll be connected with a master's degreed clinician so they can begin the process of resolving life's distractions.
