Leadership Coaching typically includes an initial consultation, a behavioral assessment, and a minimum of three months of coaching (three 30-45 minute telephone contacts per month).

Margaret received her Leadership Coaching training from Corporate Coach U, a leader in the field of manager and executive coaching. In addition to Margaret, Workplace Services also contracts with other trained and certified leadership coaches in order to effect the optimal coach/participant match.
