Designing substance abuse prevention programs to meet the needs and interests of recipients.

Communication
Communicating factual information and strategies though written and oral methods.

Program Delivery
Providing structured opportunities to integrate the knowledge, attitudes and skills needed to meet specific goals and objectives.

Evaluation
Processing collected information to assess the impact of prevention services.

Record Keeping
Maintaining appropriate written records and documentation of prevention projects and activities.

Consultation
Facilitating and impacting upon the coordination, collaboration and cooperation between individuals and systems within the community.
